Omega-3s are polyunsaturated fatty acids essential for overall body health. They are essential for heart and brain function, as well as for vision. Among the different types of omega-3s are EPA and DHA, two polyunsaturated fatty acids found in oily fish. Since omega-3s are not produced by the body, they must be obtained through our diet and, if necessary, through supplements.
Epax® fish oil has been carefully selected for its purity and concentration of omega-3 in a form bioavailable to the body (triglycerides). It is purified using a patented, latest-generation molecular distillation process that eliminates any contaminants (heavy metals, toxins, and PCBs). Its TOTOX (oxidation index) is less than 5.
Each dose (4 capsules) provides an ideal ratio of 800 mg of EPA and 600 mg of DHA. The oil, sourced from sustainable fishing (Friends of the Sea®), is stabilized using the XO® label (enrichment with natural antioxidants) for a better organoleptic profile.
With 120 capsules, the bottle contains 1 month of treatment.

Take 4 capsules per day with a glass of water.
It is recommended to consume this product with a meal. After opening, keep the product in a dry place.
To balance your omega-3/omega-6 ratio, this product can be taken continuously, throughout the year. Taking 4 capsules per day provides a 1-month supply of each bottle.
